Welcome to Reginick Mobility Care (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using https://reginickmobilitycare.com/ , you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Reginick Mobility Care provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, including wheelchair and stretcher transportation across Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
We do NOT provide emergency medical services. In case of emergency, dial 911.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian Provide accurate booking and medical mobility information

3. Booking & Scheduling

All rides must be scheduled in advance Same-day service is subject to availability Accurate pickup/drop-off details are required

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation required at least 24 hours in advance Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees Repeated no-shows may result in service suspension

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to or at time of service unless covered by insurance/contract We accept approved payment methods listed on our website Insurance claims are subject to verification and approval

6. Medical Responsibility

We provide transportation only, not medical care Clients must travel with necessary medical supervision if required We are not responsible for medical complications during transport

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings

8. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
